I started in photography in the "film" days. Never understood why they couldn't build a better camera strap.
Well, they have!! It's extremely well thought out and well made. 5 stars!

Really a better way to carry, helps save the flip screen not rubbing on buttons or zippers. The quick release slide is a great way to bring the camera from secured to your side, then to the ready position fast.

This is by far the best setup I have ever had!

Bought this because I was getting frustrated with my previous camera strap. The Lemur strap was great. Used it for a trip to Vienna and getting photos in the Christmas markets, the strap worked great.

Game changer. This actually works my camera stays almost glued to my hip, allowing me to move as i need without worrying my camera will swing out.

I found that the tripod adaptor that came with the strap was too small, causing my camera to flop around while attached to the strap. I complained and was stunned when LemurStrap sent me out a new, slightly larger adaptor that solved the problem. Extremely satisfied with the product and service!

Best strap I’ve ever used. I love the versatility of this strap. It is very comfortable to wear for long periods of time and allows for quick access of my camera when needed while still allowing me to lock it at my side when I am walking.

This is a fantastic product! Both the strap and baseplate are very well made and work great. I am using mine with the Hasselblad X2d II camera. I added two very thin felt dots, one at each end of the top of the baseplate, so that when I slide the tripod adapter into the baseplate, it keeps the base of the camera from touching the baseplate.

I like how the camera hangs. On trips, my camera becomes part of me and when I’m in tight places, like souvenir shops, it doesn’t stick out potentially knocking into something or someone. I also believe that the way my camera hangs, lens pointing down, helps protect it.

Switched from the peak design system for the Lemur strap and have zero regrets. The locking shoulder mechanism and allowing it to freely slide has been great. I use a lot of heavy lenses so being able to sling it around my shoulder, lens down, has been nice. Highly reccomended!

The part that surprised me was how much I like how the retaining clip on the strap and the shoulder pad work together. Unclip, slide up, take picture, slide down, and clip. Everything is secure.
